Do you ship to all areas of the UK?
We ship to England, Scotland and Wales, however in view of post Brexit changes, for the time being we unfortunately can't ship to Northern Ireland.

What are your UK mainland shipping costs?
Our shipping costs work in brackets based on basket value:
Basket value: £0 - £25.01 = £10.00 shipping
Basket value: £25.02 - £45.01= £11.00 shipping
Basket value: £45.02 - £59.99 = £13.00 shipping
Basket value: £60+ = FREE shipping
Courier designated Non-Mainland UK Addresses
Why are the costs different for non-mainland UK postcodes?
Unfortunately, due to the extra charges couriers impose on us to deliver to certain areas of the UK, we have no option but to add a surcharge to cover delivery costs to these areas.

This affects all postcodes beginning with:
AB / DD8 / DD9 / DG / FK / G / HS / IM / IV / KA / KW / PA / PH / PO30-41 / TD / ZE / JE / GY
What are the shipping costs for these postcodes?
Our shipping costs work in brackets based on basket value:
Basket value: £0 - £25.01 = £20.50 shipping
Basket value: £25.02 - £45.01= £23.00 shipping
Basket value: £45.02 - £59.99 = £25.00 shipping
Basket value: £60+ = £13.00 shipping
NB: For all Guernsey and Jersey postcodes; GY and JE, there is a flat shipping surcharge of £31, regardless of basket value.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 4 working days for delivery from the date you placed your order. If there is any delay we will be in touch. We would hope that normally you would receive your order in 2 working days, but cannot guarantee this.

We normally use APC Overnight

We can provide tracking numbers on request.
